Modernising the BuyerScore Brand

BuyerScore is New Zealand's leading dealership review platform, helping customers make informed decisions when purchasing a vehicle. I was tasked with modernising their brand identity and creating a cohesive visual language that would resonate with their target audience. The project involved redesigning the logo, creating a new color palette, and developing a comprehensive style guide. I also worked on designing the user interface for their web application, ensuring that it was intuitive and visually appealing.

Bringing the home page to life

The home page of the BuyerScore website is designed to provide users with a clear and engaging introduction to the brand and its offerings. The page features a prominent banner image that showcases the brand's visual identity, along with a concise and compelling headline that communicates the value proposition of the platform. Below the banner, there are sections that highlight key features and benefits of using BuyerScore, as well as testimonials from satisfied customers. The overall design is clean, modern, and visually appealing, with a focus on usability and user experience.

Dealership listings page

With 200+ dealerships listed across New Zealand, we needed a clean and functional page to help users find the right kind of dealership in their area. The dedicated search panel at the top helps users find a specific dealership that they have in mind, while the region filter and sort by filter help users who are just looking to browse.

Highlighted award-winning dealerships

Awards are an import part of the BuyerScore brand, so we wanted to make sure that they were prominently featured on the dealership listings page. This further incentivises dealerships to maintain their high standards and encourage customers to rate them.

Single dealership page

The single dealership page is designed to provide users with all the information they need to make an informed decision about whether to visit the dealership or not. The page includes a prominent display of the dealership's overall rating, as well as a breakdown of ratings by category (e.g. customer service, pricing, etc.). Users can also read individual reviews from other customers, which are displayed in a clean and easy-to-read format.

Customer reviews section

This section is important for users to find reviews that help answer their questions about the dealership, so we wanted to make sure that it was easy to navigate and read. The new design features a clear separation between individual reviews, with each review displayed in a card format that includes the reviewer's name, rating, and comments. This makes it easier for users to scan through reviews and find the information they need to make an informed decision about whether to visit the dealership or not.
